Feuchtigkeit oder Dreck im Taster?
Hast mal mit Pressluft drüber geblasen, um ggf. innere Verschmutzung zu beseitigen?

Vielen Dank für den Hinweis, hat aber leider nichts gebracht. Specialized meinte, die Platine in der Remote wäre kaputt. Da das Rad noch keine zwei Jahre alt ist, ist es also ein Garantiefall.
