Hallo, ich bin neu hier im Forum und vielleicht kann mir jemand weiterhelfen bei meinem LEVO HT Baujahr 2018 der 1./2.  Generation?

Das Rad habe ich vor 1 Jahr gebraucht erstanden und fahre sehr gern damit. Seit einiger Zeit stellte ich fest das der Gesamtkilometer-Zähler und die Ladezyklen nicht mehr fortgeschrieben werden. Die Rides mit allen Fahrdaten lassen sich mit der App aufzeichnen.

Es wäre prima, wenn ich einen Tipp bekommen könnte. Danke vorab.
