Verbindung Levo 4 mit iPhone funktioniert nicht

Hallo,

 ich habe mir das Levo 4 zugelegt und beim Händler erfolgte erfolgreich die Kopplung des Bikes mit meinem iPhone. 
Jetzt bin ich auf ein neues iPhone umgestiegen und die Bluetooth Verbindung mit dem neuen Handy funktioniert nicht. Es wird beim Kopplungsversuch immer angezeigt, dass kein Fahrrad in der Nähe ist. 
Ich habe bereits das Fahrrad in der App entfernt, die App neu installiert und das Handy neu gestartet. 
Im alten iPhone wird unter den verbundenen Geräten das Levo nicht mehr angezeigt, im neuen jedoch auch nicht. 
Hat eventuell jemand eine Idee woran es liegen könnte?
