Hi,

ich habe ein Levo Expert 2022 und bin eigentlich ganz zufrieden. Mein Freund hat sich das gleiche Modell gekauft und hat seit zwei Wochen das Rad in der Werkstatt. Folgende Fehlermeldung kommt am Display: No Battery Chek up! - und schaltet sich sofort ab. Dachte zwei Wochen nicht biken ist die Hölle, und heute war es bei meinem Rad soweit - gleiche Fehlermeldung - No Battery Chek up!

kennt jemand das Problem?

Hi Robert, mein Kumpel hatte letzte Woche dasselbe Problem. Wenn er den Stecker in einem bestimmten Winkel andrückt, (Batterie auf Motor) funktioniert es. Er hat jetzt jetzt behelfsmäßig ein Band eingeklebt, jetzt gehts, muss aber natürlich in die Werkstatt.
