Schaden nach 15000km

Mein Vado Turbo 3.0 hat nach nun 7 Jahren und 15000km folgendes Problem: der Akku zeigt noch 30% Ladung an, der Motor wird aber nicht mehr unterstützt, das Display und das Licht funktionieren aber weiter einwandfrei. Nach Neuladung des Akkus unterstützt er wieder nur bis 30%. Wer kann mir sagen, was da los ist?
